This Referral Agreement is entered into between Party A (hereinafter "the Service Provider") and Party B (hereinafter "the Referrer").
The Service Provider agrees to pay the Referrer a commission of % of the total earnings received from any job or project that is directly referred to the Service Provider by the Referrer.
This commission shall be payable upon receipt of payment from the referred client. The referral must be agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work in order to qualify for the commission. This agreement remains in effect until terminated in writing by either party.
